Boutique Hotel for Weddings and Events
Rectory Farm is a dream location for a countryside wedding, as many delighted couples and their guests can attest. In fact it is ideal for any special event you would like to share with friends or family.
The gorgeous and secluded setting means we can help you create a unique and perfect day. We offer a Marquee with Venetian chandeliers, timbered and carpeted floor and dance floor. We have caterers who can provide you with a mouthwatering choice of canapés, buffets and banquets according your requirements, taste and budget.
There is a large and luxurious bridal suite, and family and guests can stay in the hotel too. The hotel has 38 rooms in total.

Your stay at Rectory Farm Hotel
Rectory Farm Hotel is an elegant, Georgian-style country Boutique Hotel residence just outside of Cambridge. The house is set in two acres of delightful mature garden, leading to 50 acres of private meadows, so a stroll in rolling countryside is literally on your doorstep.
In summer you can make use of the heated outdoor swimming pool, an amenity you won’t find in many other Cambridge area hotels. In winter you can relax by a real fire in the guest lounge. We also provide an ‘honesty bar’. Alternatively you can pop out via our private footpath to the local pub and restaurant in the nearby village of Coton.
Individual Boutique Rooms
We have 38 rooms in total, and offer guests the opportunity to stay in the main house or in a modern hotel chalet room.
All of our rooms have garden views and have been gracefully furnished for your ease and comfort. Each double room has an en-suite bathroom and contains a king size, super king size or two single beds. Whether you’ve been working or playing, we do our best to ensure your stay is restful and comfortable. Each room comes with tea and coffee making facilities and features a TV and DVD player (you are welcome to choose from our DVD library).
Whether the purpose of your visit is business, pleasure or simply relaxation, our attentive staff take pride in making your stay as pleasant as possible.
Breakfast is a generous continental buffet, taken in our breakfast room.

Rectory Farm combines the charm of the Cambridgeshire countryside with the convenience of Central Cambridge just a few minutes away by car.
There’s so much to enjoy in historic Cambridge. There are the magnificent and world-renowned colleges, the wonderful Botanic Gardens, the Orchard Tea Garden, the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, plus excellent shopping facilities. You can take an open top tour of the wonderful sights of the City; the sightseeing bus itself stops conveniently close to Rectory Farm.
Cambridge is also a great base for day trips to Ely Cathedral, Newmarket Races, the stately home Wimpole Hall and the Imperial War Museum at Duxford.
Rectory Farm is on Madingley road Cambridge. A five minute walk takes you to Madingley Park & Ride, where buses leave every 10 minutes to Cambridge city centre. The Coton footpath provides a pleasant 40-minute, countryside walk straight to the gates of King’s College – and the city centre. A 10-minute drive will take you to the Lion Yard car park in the city centre.
