SAFE AT RECTORY FARM

We re-open on 17 May 2021 and we are looking forward to welcoming you as a guest at Rectory Farm again. We hope you are staying safe and well. There has been a lot of change and in our daily lives are adapting to new ways of doing things. Here at Rectory Farm we are introducing some new ‘measures’ to help keep all our guests safe. We thank you for your custom and trust you enjoy your time at Rectory Farm.

Check-In

We have introduced ‘Guest Self Check-In’. This involves ‘zero’ contact with our staff and other guests and provides safe distancing.

Check-in is from 3pm. Please, do not enter the building before the check-in time.

Please, follow signs to Reception. At the entrance to the large Barn (Chalet) building, you will see a display rack on the wall in front of you (next to glass door). ‘Look’ for your name. There will be an envelope with the key to your room, instructions on how to find it and other important information.

In line with Government regulations please provide contact details on your arrival by using QR Code displayed next to the rack on the wall in front of the Chalet building.

Face masks

We kindly ask you to wear a mask in the common areas inside of buildings.

Car Parking

On arrival at Rectory Farm there is Free car parking – with lots of space. Plenty of room allows each car to be well distanced from the next.

Check-Out

On check-out there will be key collection points where you can leave your key, or it can be left in the bedroom. An invoice will automatically be sent to your email.

Your room

All our bedroom ‘cleaning’ staff wear gloves and disinfectant cleaning products are used in the bathrooms. All surfaces in the bedroom are sprayed/wiped with disinfectant. We have removed all bed runners + decorative cushions for the time being. Linen on the bed is changed for each new guest, washed at 60C and ironed. There are 2 pillowcases on the pillows and we will replace both when the bed is changed. When the room has been cleaned, the cleaner wipes the ‘door’ knob with sanitiser on exit.

Breakfast is not currently served at Rectory Farm but is available locally – details are available at check-in

Breakfast Restaurant, Honesty Bar, Swimming Pool and Public Loo will be re-opened at some future date.

A Security Deposit of £50 will be Pre-Authorised on your card and refunded after check out and your room has been cleaned.

“Thank you” for coming to stay at Rectory Farm. Please enjoy our delightful gardens and the large, safe open spaces of the fields around Rectory Farm.
