WELCOME
A warm welcome to Rectory Farm. We seek to provide the very best value for money at an affordable rate. We take pride in our very competitive room rates and work hard to provide a clean, warm room where you can relax and unwind. We are not a “Bells and Whistles” hotel but we are surrounded by outstanding gardens and fields which you are most welcome to walk in and enjoy. As we strive to keep our rates extremely competitive we have made some changes to our bathrooms. We only provide a small bar of soap and one large towel per person. This is also a tiny contribution to saving and conserving our planet so that the world we live in becomes a better safer place.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4 pm. Please, do not enter the building before the check-in time.
Please, follow signs to Reception to check-in. You will get your key and instructions on how to find your room from our Receptionist.
CAR PARKING
On arrival at Rectory Farm there is paid car parking – with lots of space. It costs £5 per night per car. Plenty of room allows each car to be well distanced from the next. Larger vehicles or those occupying two spaces will be charged a fee of £20 per night per car. Please consider others when parking.
CHECK-OUT
Check out is by 11 am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by this time at the latest!
There will be key collection points where you can leave your key, or it can be left in the bedroom. A receipt will automatically be sent to your email.
PAYMENT POLICY
Flexible rate bookings will be charged 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. The cheaper Non refundable rate bookings will be charged at the time of booking and may not be modified. They may be cancelled but there will be no refund.
Prices are ‘Room Only’.
We reserve the right to preauthorise the card securing your reservation. If the card is declined we will contact you to provide new card details within 48 hours. If we do not receive this Rectory Farm reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
We request a £50 refundable deposit. We will either use the card you booked with to secure this deposit or you will be contacted by our receptionist who will text or call you for a card number. We cannot provide access to your room until this has been paid. This deposit will be released in 24 hours following check-out and the room has been serviced unless there is either damage to the room or any outstanding payment. In this case, this deposit may be used for any unpaid balance/damage charges and will not be released.

Please note that from New Year 2025, our breakfast is back! See more information and our suggestions for places for Lunch or Dinner below.
Breakfast at Rectory Farm – a hot buffet with continental options served from 7:30-10:30 am, price £16pp.
For Lunch or Dinner, we suggest three local restaurants. All of them offer 10 % off food exclusively to Rectory Farm:

Rectory Farm is not able to accept any liability for loss of, or damage to your property in the car park, premises or in your rooms.
