WELCOME
Set within acres of beautifully maintained gardens and surrounded by expansive open fields, Rectory Farm offers a peaceful countryside retreat just moments from Cambridge. Defined by its sense of space, natural beauty, and quiet charm, it is an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our approach is intentionally simple and considered, focusing on comfort, cleanliness, and the unique character of the property. Guests are warmly invited to enjoy the gardens and surrounding fields throughout their stay.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 4:00 pm.
Guests are kindly asked not to enter the property before this time.
Please follow signs to Reception on arrival, where you will be provided with your room key and directions.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
We kindly ask that rooms are vacated by this time.
Keys may be left in your room or at designated collection points. A receipt will be sent automatically by email.
PAYMENT POLICY
Flexible rate bookings are charged 24 hours prior to arrival.
Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or refunded.
All prices are room only.
We reserve the right to pre-authorise the card used to secure your booking. If the card is declined, you will be contacted to provide new details within 48 hours. If this is not received, Rectory Farm reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
A £50 refundable deposit is required prior to arrival. This may be taken from the card used at booking or requested by Reception.
This deposit will be released within 24 hours after check-out, subject to the room being left in good condition.
If there is any damage or outstanding balance, the deposit may be used to cover these costs.
CAR PARKING
On-site parking is available at £5 per night, per vehicle, with ample space across the grounds.
Vehicles occupying more than one space, or larger vehicles, will be charged £20 per night.
Guests are kindly asked to park considerately.
SWIMMING POOL
Escape the pace of the day and unwind in our outdoor seasonal swimming pool, located alongside the hotel and set within the surrounding gardens – exclusive to hotel guests.
Open from June to September (weather dependent), the pool offers a relaxed setting to enjoy the warmer months, with views across the grounds and countryside beyond.
Access is available to guests at £5 per person, with further details provided at Reception.
Dining
We have a bar, where alcoholic or soft drinks and bar snacks are available.
Breakfast is not available, but we offer fresh coffee/orange juice and croissants for breakfast from our hot drinks and vending machines in the chalet.
For Lunch or Dinner, we suggest two local restaurants. Both of them offer 10% off food exclusively to Rectory Farm:

DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms at a cost of £25 per dog, per stay, strictly by prior arrangement.
Please contact the property in advance to confirm availability and ensure a suitable room is allocated.
With extensive gardens and surrounding fields, Rectory Farm provides an excellent setting for guests travelling with dogs.

Rectory Farm cannot accept liability for loss of or damage to personal belongings within the property, guest rooms, or car park.
